Book your coaching session
Click the button above to complete checkout. After completing your purchase, you'll see a link to my calendar to book your session so you can choose a time and date that suits you*. Not ready to book your date just now? That's ok, you'll also get my calendar link per email so you can choose a slot later. After booking your session, you'll receive a confirmation email with the link to connect to the call. *Any issue with finding a suitable slot, reply to my email and we'll figure something out together :)

Complete the pre-call questionnaire
In your booking confirmation, you'll also receive a link to a pre-call questionnaire. This helps me understand your business and what’s been on your mind so I can tailor the session to your needs. You can take your time with it - I just ask that it’s submitted at least 48 hours before your session so I can review everything properly. (You might even find it helps you gather your thoughts before we chat!)

Your coaching session
On the day of your session, find a quiet spot where we can talk freely, then join the call using the Google Meet link provided in the booking confirmation you have received per email. Feel free to bring your favourite drink along! After the call, you'll receive an email from me detailing your personalised action plan based on our chat.

We'll meet on a video call (I use google meet) for an hour. During our time together, we’ll have a very relaxed chat. This is YOUR time. Come as you are and of course, bring your favourite drink if you like, ☕😉. We'll focus on what's been on your mind, and talk through whatever’s been holding you back from showing up, sharing your work freely, or taking the next step in your business as an introverted creative in business. The goal is simple: To help you untangle what’s in the way and leave with a clear, doable plan to move forward with more confidence ✨

You don’t need to have anything figured out ahead of time - I’ll start the call with a few gentle questions to get us started, and we’ll take it from there. We can talk through: 👉 What’s been feeling hard, unclear, or frustrating 👉 Where you’re stuck, second-guessing, or hesitating 👉 What might help you feel more confident in moving forward and at ease taking action There’s no pressure, no judgement, and I won't push you to do anything you don't want to. I've been in your shoes and I'm here to help.
