Do you often get stuck in your own head? You know these pesky times when...
👉 You’re wondering whether someone like you should even have an online presence in the first place
👉 You constantly have to “push yourself” to put yourself out there even when it makes you cringe or it doesn’t feel like you
👉 Tasks that seem simple for others, like posting on social media or sending an email, take ages to implement because you hesitate, overthink every step or keep delaying them.
👉 You don’t feel ready, you’re unsure or don’t feel comfortable with sharing but you STILL feel crazy pressure to show up anyway (after all, everyone says you should get out of your comfort zone…)
👉 Your never-ending to-do list and all the choices leave you so overwhelmed that you end up doing nothing, which only makes you panic more.
Yep, the inner battle sucks. I get it, my fellow introvert. I really do cause I’ve been there too.
It makes it so hard and daunting for you to show up and can leave you feeling frustrated, exhausted and questioning yourself all the time.
It sucks all the fun out of growing your creative business (even if it’s still your dream and you don’t want to give up on it)
Not to mention, the impact on your mojo and your energy levels. It’s exhausting.
And omg, how are you supposed to get the business of your dreams off the ground when everything feels so damn DIFFICULT all the time?
"What’s wrong with me? Why can’t I "just do it"?", you might catch yourself thinking at times.
Let’s nip this right in the bud my friend!
If trying to show up has become a source of stress for you, it's time to draw the line and say "no more" :).
I've personally experienced all of the above as a shy and anxious introvert.
Insecurities can creep up on you in all sorts of ways such as fears, awkwardness of showing up online, overwhelm, feelings of inauthenticity, bouts of overthinking, negative self-talk, procrastination, losing motivation...etc.
But d'you know what? Your introversion is NEVER the problem. Never.
In fact, it's by working with your introversion that you can reconnect with your inner confidence (yes, it's already in you :)).
That's why, I want to extend a heartfelt invitation to you, my fellow introvert, to come join me in…
